We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.
Return Policy For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:

  • The product is different from what was mentioned on the website.
  • A defective/damaged product has been received.

How does Comforah store process return?
You are always welcome to exchange or refund any item(s) purchased online within 7 days of receiving your product, provided the product is faulty or different from what was ordered originally. Once the issue is deemed valid our Returns Team will share a Consignment Number with you through which you can return your product to your nearest Courier Centre.

How Can I Return a Faulty Product to Comforah store?

  • To begin the process of returning your product, visit your nearest Courier Office within 7 days of receiving your consignment number.
  • Make sure to bring all packaging materials that were included in your original purchase, as well as all items in the box that are intact and undamaged
  • Comforah store will not accept returns in case the product’s box is damaged or any item is missing.
  • Please note that no refund/replacement shall be settled unless the returned items are correctly shipped with all the items placed and box undamaged. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
